Contents Insurance is the responsibility of the storer.

I / We acknowledge that the conditions of this agreement have been drawn to my / our attention and I / We agree to be bound by them.

Initial 31 day hire and bond are required to be paid in advance of hire - Monthly invoices will then follow.

PAYMENT OF INVOICES ARE DUE BY 20TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH FROM DATE OF INVOICE

• The only service provided to the Storer by Boxman Storage is a licence to use the storage space provided by the Owner for the sole purpose of storing goods. No other goods or services are provided by Boxman Storage.
• Goods are stored at your sole risk. You should take out your own insurance cover.
• Time limits imposed by Boxman Storage must be strictly complied with.
• Boxman Storage is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its premises.
• All payments are to be made in advance by the Storer.
• You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
• You must ensure that your goods are dry, clean, and free from vermin and food scraps when placed in storage.
• The Storer must notify Boxman Storage of any changes of address and contact telephone numbers.
• If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, Boxman Storage will have certain rights which include forfeiture of your bond and the right to seize and sell or dispose of your goods.
• Boxman Storage has the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly.
• Boxman Storage has the right to enter your storage space in certain circumstances.
