The Brief:
Assist in the design and manufacturing of a modified container to house milk pasteurizing equipment.
The Job:
- Create an entryway to be used as a “boot room” before entering the separate processing room which houses all the equipment, in order to meet high food safety standards
- Container steel works – cutting and framing of entrance way door, ventilation
- Internal lining with EPS panel, internal wall and sliding door
- Commercial Vinyl flooring with coving
- Equipment for pasteurizing
- Stainless steel piping for equipment
- Plumbing – Hot water cylinder, wash sinks, knee operated hand basin
