Contents Insurance is the responsibility of the storer.

I / We acknowledge that the conditions of this agreement have been drawn to my / our attention and I / We agree to be bound by them.

Initial 31 day hire and any transport is required to be paid up front - Monthly invoices will then follow.

• The only service provided to the Leasee by Boxman Storage is a licence to use the container provided by the Owner for the sole purpose of storing goods. No other goods or services are provided by Boxman Storage.
• Goods are stored at your sole risk. You should take out your own insurance cover.
• All payments are to be made in advance by the leasee.
• You must report any damage or changes to the container to Boxman immediately.
• You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
• You must ensure that your goods are dry, clean, and free from vermin and food scraps when placed in the container.
• The Leasee must notify Boxman Storage of any changes of address and contact telephone numbers.
• The Leasee must also let us know if the container moves location and advise Boxman of the new address within 7 days.
• If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, Boxman Storage will have certain rights which include the right to seize and sell or dispose of your goods.
• The container MUST be returned to Boxman in the same condition as it left our depot.
• The Leasee is responsible for all transport costs including delivery to site and return to depot at the end of the hire period.

I accept that the above is true and correct. I have read and understand the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE of Boxman Storage Limited which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this Storage Form and agree to be bound by these conditions.
